More cross crawl!
Here is another set of seven cross crawl exercises using Indian clubs. Some of these exercises are not strictly cross crawl, but they fit into this category, because they involve the legs, and they are very aerobic.
I have performed each exercise first with light clubs, and then again with heavy clubs. The momentum of the heavy clubs generally throws me off balance, making the exercise difficult to perform smoothly. You can see this clearly in the videos. The only exception to this is Exercise 14. I think the fact that the feet are always close to the ground allows the use of heavy clubs. |
